The Team
Each person on staff has a unique role within our ministry, yet all are called by the Lord to be a disciple that makes disciples!

Richard and Lauree Hayden
Founders & President

Richard and Lauree Hayden, Founders of New Hope Global, have been serving in Guatemala since 2019. After their initial mission trip in 2017, they sensed the Lord leading them to move to this beautiful country to serve as full-time missionaries. The Haydens, along with their sons Caleb and Joshua, are passionate about being disciples who make disciples.

Daniel Roberson
New Hope Discipleship Trainer

Daniel Roberson began serving in Guatemala in 2020, after spending time in Honduras. During that year, he felt the calling to full time missions. In December of 2022, Daniel moved to Guatemala full time. God has made a way for Daniel to join the New Hope Staff, and we couldn't be happier. As a trained disciple who has a heart to make other disciples, Daniel is a crucial part of the team.
